ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing within our warehouse is 2-3 working days, this is prior to the shipment time. We aim to process all of your orders within 1-2 working days, however, in busier periods such as holidays or collection launches, processing may take a little longer.

UK DELIVERY
Royal Mail Standard Delivery (Monday-Friday - 2-3 working days) - £4.75
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (Monday-Thursday - order before 3pm) - £5.75 (orders placed after the cut-off time will receive their order on a next day service for the day after)
We cover VAT and Duty costs on orders delivered within the UK. This includes Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
EUROPE DELIVERY
Royal Mail Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £10
DHL Express Delivery (1-3 working days) - £30
Each European country has its own rules regarding duties and VAT. We do not cover duty charges and your order may incur an additional duty/tax fee at delivery. We recommend consulting your local customs authority or checking reliable resources before placing an order.
Please note: If duties or taxes are not paid by the customer and the package is returned to us, we will not issue a refund. The order will be considered unfulfilled due to refusal of customs clearance.
US DELIVERY
Royal Mail Standard Delivery (5-7 working days) - £18
UPS Express (1-3 working days) - £30
For orders delivered within the United States, recent tariff changes mean that import duties may now apply, even for goods valued under $800. While our dresses previously qualified for duty-free entry under U.S. customs’ de minimis threshold, new trade policies will result in additional charges. We cover taxes and duties for U.S. orders and you will incur no extra charges on delivery.
OTHER COUNTRIES
