RETURNS

UK and worldwide orders ship from our UK warehouse to countries worldwide. US orders ship from our US warehouse within the US. Find out more about delivery options and rates by visiting our Delivery page.

We offer hassle-free returns through our After Care portal. Please note, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns will be refused if the return was shipped outside the 14 day window. Items must be unworn and in their original condition—orders cannot be returned if the barcoded swing tag has been removed. Returns will be refused if orders are found to have any stains or smells. Refused returns can be sent back to customers for a fee of £20/$25. 

We offer free US & UK returns but do not offer free returns for orders delivered to other countries.

Upon arrival at our warehouse, your return may take up to a week to process. Refunds will only be processed once warehouse processing is complete.
