HOW DOES NYSAMA SIZING WORK?

We currently offer XS-XL with plans to extend the sizing as much as possible in the future.

At Nysama, we understand that achieving the right fit is essential for feeling your best. That’s why we provide detailed measurements tailored to each dress on its product page, ensuring a more accurate fit. Our size chart uses circumference measurements to give you the most relevant information, making it easier to find your perfect size.

If your size isn't available as an option online, please email the customer care team, care@nysama.com with the email title 'sizing request'and put the size you wish for in the email. This will help us to understand what our customers are missing from Nysama.

HOW DO I WASH & CARE FOR MY NYSAMA DRESSES?

All of our care instructions are on the care label, usually located on the left-hand or centre inner side seam of the dresses.

All of our care instructions are also on the product page for each dress.

It is really important that these care instructions are followed to ensure your Nysama items stay in tact and are long lasting.

Orders & Returns

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel any orders once they are placed. We can amend shipping addresses on orders that have not yet shipped (orders that are marked 'Pending'). Please visit our After Care portal to change a shipping address.

We can amend shipping addresses for orders that have not yet shipped (orders that are marked 'Pending') through our After Care portal.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are proud to ship to over 220 countries world wide. Visit our Delivery page for more information and rates.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY VAT & DUTY ON MY ORDER?

We cover VAT and Duty costs on orders delivered within the UK. This includes Northern Ireland and ROI.

For orders delivered within the US, there are no duties on Nysama purchases. Each of our dresses fall below the $800 threshold set by US customs, which means no additional duty fees upon delivery. VAT does not apply to US customers.

For other countries, each country has varying policies with regards to duty, so it is best to check here for a rough estimate or on your official government website prior to ordering.

DO YOU CHARGE FOR RETURNS?

We plan to offer free returns in the future, but for now returns are not free. You will need to pay postage or shipping fees. Please note that orders cannot be returned once the barcoded swing tag has been removed.

WHAT DO I DO IF ONE OF MY ITEMS IS FAULTY?

At Nysama, we are committed to delivering only the finest quality pieces to our customers. Every item undergoes meticulous quality checks, both at our supplier’s facilities and again in our warehouse, ensuring that each piece meets our highest standards before it reaches you. We take pride in offering you garments that embody both style and quality, so you can shop with confidence.

If you believe you have a piece from Nysama that has a fault upon delivery, please trigger the returns process within 14 days of delivery in the After Care portal and select 'Item Damaged or Defective' this will then ensure we know to do the correct checks in the warehouse. Please note we cannot accept returns on any pieces that have the hang tag removed.

If you believe your item is faulty after this period please email care@nysama.com with your order number, name and description of the fault so our Care Team can assist you.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER

If you haven't received your order yet, you can track it first using our After Care portal and follow up with an email to care@nysama.com so our Care Team can assist you.

HOW DO I SPEAK TO THE CARE TEAM?

If you have questions that you can't get an answer to on our website, please email our customer care team via care@nysama.com on the website.

Please allow up to 2 business days for a response, in busier periods this response time may be longer.

MY ORDER IS LATE ... WHAT DO I DO?

All of our orders have a dispatch time and a shipping time. The shipping time shown at the checkout is once the item has dispatched from the warehouse.

In busy seasons, it can take up to 3 working days to dispatch your items, although we aim to get these dispatched prior to this.

If you selected UK Next Day Delivery upon checkout, this must have been done prior to 3pm on a working day to ensure it can be processed. If you order later than this it may miss the cut off and your package might then not arrive to you the next day.
